Forestry Mulching in Houston

One pass. No burn piles. No haul-off.

Our mulching attachment grinds brush and small trees where they stand, leaving a layer of mulch that protects the soil and suppresses regrowth.

01Overview

How Bolt handles forestry mulching

Forestry mulching is the cleanest, most efficient way to clear dense vegetation on many properties. Instead of pushing, piling and hauling, the mulcher processes material in place — which means less soil disturbance, less erosion and less cost.

It's ideal for fence lines, easements, wooded lots, trails and pasture reclamation, and it's frequently the first step before a builder's site prep.

03FAQ

Forestry Mulching FAQ

What size trees can a forestry mulcher handle?

Forestry mulchers are designed for brush and small-to-medium trees. Larger trees are felled and handled separately, which we'll include in the plan if needed.

Is forestry mulching good before building?

It's a great first step. For a building pad, we typically follow mulching with stump removal and grading so the site is ready for foundation work.

Do you need to burn anything?

No. Mulching eliminates the need for burn piles, which also avoids burn bans and smoke complaints.
