Interior & Selective Demolition in Houston

Interior demolition with a surgeon's discipline.

Remove exactly what needs to go — kitchens, baths, walls, ceilings, flooring or a full commercial gut — while protecting the structure and finishes that stay.

01Overview

How Bolt handles interior & selective demolition

Selective demolition is about control. Whether you're renovating a home or turning over a commercial suite, Bolt removes the specified materials, protects what remains, and hauls everything out the same day whenever possible so your build-out crew walks into a clean shell.

We've stripped downtown Houston commercial interiors down to the slab and steel, and we bring that same discipline to residential kitchens and bathrooms: dust control, floor protection, and a broom-swept finish.

03FAQ

Interior & Selective Demolition FAQ

What's the difference between interior and selective demolition?

Interior demolition usually means gutting a space; selective demolition means removing specific elements — a wall, a kitchen, a ceiling — while keeping everything else intact. We do both.

Do you haul away the debris?

Yes. Haul-off and disposal are included in our estimates. We bring our own trailers, so there's no separate dumpster to arrange.

Can you remove load-bearing walls?

Structural changes need an engineer's or contractor's plan. Once that's in place, we can coordinate with your builder to remove walls safely as part of the sequence.
