FAQ

Land Clearing & Site Work questions

How much does land clearing cost in Houston?

It depends on density of vegetation, tree size, stumps, access and what you want done with the material. That's why we provide free on-site estimates rather than a flat online price.

Can you clear a lot that has dumped trash on it?

Yes — illegal dumping, tires and construction debris are removed along with vegetation, so you don't need two contractors.

Will brush clearing damage my trees?

No — brush clearing is done selectively around trees you want to keep. We'll walk the property with you and mark them first.

What size trees can a forestry mulcher handle?

Forestry mulchers are designed for brush and small-to-medium trees. Larger trees are felled and handled separately, which we'll include in the plan if needed.

Can you handle both demolition and clearing on the same site?

Yes — that's exactly what site preparation is. One contract, one crew, one schedule.

Is stump extraction different from stump grinding?

Yes. Grinding leaves the root system in place below grade — fine for lawns. Extraction removes the stump and major roots, which is preferred for building pads and driveways.

Do you do finish grading?

We focus on rough grading and pad preparation today, with expanded dirt work on the way. Ask us about your specific project.
